Oh hey!! I didn't know you were in education! I was an early childhood ed major and did my masters in child studies. (If you ever need any teaching tips, bug me all you like, although I have been out of the game for a few years /sob)
You have an amazing outlook already and you sound like someone who's going to be very encouraging to your kids <3 I think this is definitely something we all struggle with to one degree or another, and your attitude towards it is really great :D
