This may be a reply coming way too late but... I got a cheap copy of Vegas Movie Studio 13.0 (cut down version of Sony Vegas video editing software lots of people use for fanvids) and it can do all those things I am fairly sure. There is likely a demo version out there to try. It probably does more than you need.
If you want anything more complicated for audio editing before you put it in a vid, editing the track in Audacity (which is free) is a good piece of software with plenty of tutorials out there.
